I myself am transgender homeless in houston. There are no other shelters for me in houston. At first the shelter was good to be out of the cold. Then andrea started her bit about having to choose between having a place to stay or work. She is so twisted. She claims that she can hook me up with getting my hormones going again but she has lied. She has constatly locked me out of the house for no reason. She will not allow me to have my phone so i have my alarm for work in the mornings. Which has shortened my works hours and cant make any good money. When i do get food from elswhere and bring it home they get very jealous. Andrea sleeps all the time. Doesnt take care of the house properly. She has black mold growing in the house and refuses to take care of the problem. She states that if i cant be back in the house by 7pm then i will loose my bed. When no other shelter in the country would do that. She has turned very hateful and untrustworthy and to the point of being a racist.
