This Mednet location on Highway 6 has a very long wait time, and this is with an appointment. I was scheduled for 9:30 am and by 11am had still not seen a doctor. I left due to the lack of medical service being provided and having to be at work at 1pm Also the doctor would not refill my prescription stating I needed to have blood work done and that they would instead give me a weeks worth of the medication until I have the blood work completed which I had done the same day for free with my employer. That would be fine if they actually would have given me the weeks worth of the medication but they have not. The receptionist there is very professional and not the problem it's the doctors at this location who are being very difficult about refilling medication I have taken for over 10 years now. So after I have my medication refilled I will be switching primary care providers and leaving that very slow mess of a medical staff there at mednet.P.S Don't let any doctor charge you for something that you either don't need or your insurance does not require you to have done during your doctor's vist. Ask questions and check with your insurance providers before paying for services. Stay Well All.

I really like Medinet because they're a smaller more intimate clinic as compared to larger, crowded offices. Dr. Ghandi and the staff are extra accommodating to all their patients and it really shows in their expertise and work. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered and I went home feeling better about my health and situation. What I hate most about large offices is how they rush you through like a machine and never really take the time to understand your needs, Medinet is different.

This clinic is under new management program. They've made significant improvements on their clinic. Their staff is very friendly and Dr. Gandhi is highly experienced and detail oriented. He takes his time during the checkup to make sure nothing was missed. Great doctor!

At first I was hesitant about going to the doctor's because of the reviews, but it was close and convenient. Turns out they are really great. Wait was short and I was in and out. Thank you Medinet!

Overpriced, wait times are ridiculous, and they gave me the wrong patient's information and charged me a hundred dollars for her results to blood work. I am filing an official complaint with Hippa. This is the LAST place on earth I would ever go.

horrible. I went in for a physical on the 28th of september and I was called to come in a week later to review my result. upon getting there I was charged $99 for office visit. I called BCBS to check and I was in network. i consider this charge very fraudulent and nobody had explained to me that I have to pay to see the result of my physical. even the insurance company did not understand this. if I am covered for wellness at a 100%, why do I have to pay to see my result? this is ridiculous

On a Friday evening in August 2014 around 7:30 PM went to visit his clinic near Hwy 6 and Beechnut streets. Parked the car and went to the door to find his hours and phone number. Then went to nearby plaza to inquire about a restaurant. Came back to car within three minutes. The car was being towed away. Asked the tow truck driver to stop towing. He demanded $125 which I did not pay. He towed the car and I had to pay $313 to get the car back.



I wonder why he penalizes people who park for a few minutes on Friday evening in his parking lot. Have to complain to the authorities.

The staff is very curteous, the building is vry nice, and the doctor is very caring, however the wait times can some times be more than 30 minutes.

Last week was my first time going to Medinet Family Care Clinic, and from the reviews I was hesitant to try out this place. However, discovering that the prices were comparable or even a little bit cheaper than the HEB rediclinic and CVS, I decided to go anyways. I turned out to have a great experience at this clinic. I did not have to wait very long to be seen by the doctor and he was also very understanding and respectful. Also, the place was clean and very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I will definitely be going back to this clinic to be seen again.

My experience with Medinet has always been without problems. The staff is excellent, and the clinic is doing a commendable job. The x-ray tech there is so nice and professional! Although some days the waiting time can be greater than 30 minutes, I always come here specifically to see Dr. Gandhi and it is worth it.



There clinic is also convenient because they do everything under one roof. I get my labs, x-rays, and vaccines done there plus many other procedures. Dr. Gandhi is a very professional and good doctor. I highly recommend Medinet Family Care Clinic as I have come here for 10 years and still love the service and treatment they provide here.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, they simply are unaware of the things what they need to do. everytime you see a new doctor and you have to start story from the beginning. the waiting time is pathetic, I am not visiting this clinic again

The staff was ok; but the service, the time waiting and unprofessional ism from the DOCTOR is really really bad. We got a physical, we waited like four hours to get it done, we had to come back for some shots but they didn't have them all; we had to get one of the shot somewhere else! We waited for a week to get the full results that we thought were done... There wasn't ready, we were told that the Dr. was going to call the POLiCE on us because all we needed was our results! We paid up from and on the top of all that the Dr. Didn't want to face us... DO NOT waste your time and money with this Dr. Bharat Gandhi.

I would no t recommend this clinic to no one. The MD Bharat Gandhi owner is more concerned on making money not your health. as a business owner wouldnt you? But when it comes to one's health what is really the price your willing to pay? He is a good Dr dont get me wrong but his management and people skills stink.If you dont know how to manage your insurance dont waste you time or money going here. first you'll get sick of waiting too long in the lobby, you'll be brought back to the room where youll wait even longer. He'll be in the room with you for 5-10 min. You will then be talking to someone who will be quoting you on a list unnecessary and expensive test for you to do. He will max out your insurance and will recommend for you to do and ultrasound of the heart in his office when he is not even a cardilogist. No one there is certified in physical therapy yet it is done in his office as well.I do not recommend this to no one. They have a wonderfull and pleasant staff and other very competent and qualified physycians working, but his management and way of practice will cost you a lot more if you go there. if you feel you been a victim of his fraud have your claim number ready and call the dept of insurance in the state of tx at 1800 252 3439. your immigration status will not be questioned. It is my duty to inform you.





No le recomiendo que vaya a esta clinica. El Dr B. Gandhi es el dueno y le importa mas hacer dinero y no de su salud.

El tiempo de espera es demasiado largo en el salon de espera y tambien en el cuarto de examinacion. Se tarda mas en esperar que en el tiempo que el lo va atender. Luego vendra alguie a darle presupuestos de una lista de examenes que va a querer que se haga. No le sorprenda si le sugiere hacer ultasonido del corazon en su oficina OJO!!!! el no es cardiologo. Nadie en esa clinica es certificado en hacer fisico terapia y lla esta lastimado/a corre riesgo de empeorar su situacion. No le recomiendo a nadie esta clinica. Los empleados son agradables y muy attentos. Pero le costara mucho mas caro tenderse aqui que en otro lugar. Si piensa usted que fue victima de fraude tenga su numero de clamo y llame al 1800 252 3439. Su estado immigratorio no sera cuestionado.
