Purchased a lighter as a gift for my husband's birthday in April. Had problems with it about 6 or 7 months later and returned it for repair or replacement. They took care of it immediately. Have a great selection of cigars and lighters. My only complaint is I can't get their website to work. I wanted to look at pipes but never could get them to come up.
