      General Info

      Our shawarma is made daily with fresh spices and a secret marination process. It is roasted on large skewers and sliced into fresh pita bread with a choice of garnishments and sauces. All sauces are fresh made and not store bought. We have authentic garlic sauces! ;) The chef's secret shawarma recipe gives you a juicy delicious taste, not dry like other places. Chef Ashraf has been making shawarma for over 20 years.
