Kelly D. Brown, a shareholder in the firm’s EHS Section, has practiced environmental, health, and safety (EHS) law since 1991. His practice includes EHS litigation, transactional matters, remediation projects, and compliance counseling. Kelly defends corporate clients in personal injury and toxic tort lawsuits and administrative proceedings by agencies like the TCEQ, EPA, and OSHA. He also advises on EHS issues, air permitting, and waste management. Kelly's experience includes overseeing remediation projects and securing Municipal Setting Designations. He has represented companies in Superfund-related matters and is a past chair of the Houston Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section.
