• Love - Street
  In the 1960's on Allen's Landing sat Love Street; a hot spot of music and social impact. The venue hosted eclectic characters ranging from open mic'ers to the Lizard King himself. Love Street was not only a place, but a state of mind. A place to unwind and let the music refresh your soul. Likewise, Love Street is a state of mind. Brewed in the Kolsch-style and hopped delicately with floral German hops, this beer boasts a clean malt proile that refreshes to the core, without sacrificing character. • Staycation

But jet-setting was not in the cards this year. Make the most of your Staycation with this fantastic Texas Session Beer brewed with bright citrusy aromatic hops and a touch of wheat for a smooth finish. • Karbachtoberfest
  Every year in Munich a little party is thrown. If you've ever been, there are some things you may or may not remember: Lederhosen envy, oompah music, dirndls, and rolling down the hill. One thing you surely haven't forgotten is the extremely quaffable beer. While you may not be able to attend Oktoberfest this year, you can experience the world's biggest beer fest right here with Karbachtoberfest. An authentic, Bavarian-style Marzen, decotion mashed with Vienna and Munich malts, cold fermented and aged for six weeks, this beer pairs well with pretzels and sausage, but it tastes mighty fine on its own. Mother-in-Lager recognizes those who have shown glimpses of sweetness through their otherwise bitter exterior and feels for those who have to put up with it. Brewed with dark malts and German hops, this brew's depth of flavor will allow you to relax and bite your tongue while she reorganizes your entire kitchen. So grab a 6'er of Mother-in-Lager and be prepared for the next time she comes to visit. It's going to be a long, cold night. Aww who are we kidding? • Hop-Delusion
  Resinous, dank aromas fill the air. The sky is mfilled with yellowish-green clouds that look like hop cones. Everything you touch leaves your fingers sticky and now even the people around you look like hop cones. Their faces begin to ooze lupulin. You are in a state of Hop Delusion, but you knew what you signed up for when you popped this bottle. You knew that it had over 100 IBUs and was dry hopped with insane amounts of Simcoe and Mosaic hops, but you chose to drink it anyway. It's difficult to say if you will ever snap out of it, for you have been smitten with the disorder that many can never overcome. • Krunkin Pumpkin
  Directions: 1. Take pale, Munic and crystal malts and mash for 90 minutes. 2. Lauter with sugar pumpkins baked for 60 minutes at 420 degrees and boil wort for 70 minutes. 3. Add hops at beginning and end of boil and add a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice at very end of the boil. 4. Ferment with yeast, cold condition and bottle. Best served chilled in goblet-style glass to goblins, ghouls or naughty nurses at your favorite Halloween party or uptight in-laws at Thanksgiving dinner.

• El Hopadillo Negro
  Late one stormy night at the brewery the lights went off and things got interesting. Ask a brewer and they'll swear up and down it was El Hopadillo Negro himself. Like his kin, El Hopadillo Negro craves bitterness, but has a bit of a dark streak. Suddenly...noises in the malt room, thuds in the hop cooler. The next morning it was bubbling away. Dark as night and laden with American hops, this brew has the tropical fruit and citrus flavors of an IPA with a rich, malty body. Don't be afraid of the dark.   OG: 23.5 Plato (1.099), IBU: 85, ABV: 11%, Malts: 2 row pale, Munich, Dark Crystal, Chocolate and Black Patent, Notable: Bourbon Barrel Hellfighter is aged for a minimum of 5 months in barrels, Bourbon Barrel Hellfighter, better known as BBH, has been a favorite of ours since its release. So we're taking it out of the F.U.N. Series and making it a series of its own! BBH will be released several times a year, sometimes with other ingredients (cherries anyone?) in the mix. The brew's rich malt character, along with chocolate and vanilla notes, make it the perfect beer to warm your toes
