Our experienced staff comes from all walks of life with various backgrounds including general fitness, ninja training, obstacle course racing, gymnastics, parkour, and much more. Iron Sports is unique because of its ability to turn you into an American Ninja Warrior or an all around athlete. Iron Sports is more than a facility, it is a community. You can train in groups of all skill levels or independently.
