Rob Halik was AWESOME and sincerely wanted to make sure I was and AM completely satisfied with my Infiniti G37 (which I LOVE). Recently, my wife and I was at 5 Star Autoplex searching for a vehicle. We had the pleasure of working with Aaron. From the start he bent over backwards to please us, never once pushing us or coming across as just wanting to sell a car, making it less of a headache that "car buying experience" can be. Today for the second time in 2 years Alex Orenella did not act professionally. In April 2009 I was ready to buy an Infiniti and wanted to test drive a M45. Instead of letting me know that this dealership had no M 45 he gave me vague reasons to go for M35. He did not show normal cortesy also. I ended up going to Southwest Infiniti and buying a M45S. I am happy with the car. Today I went with my daughter to look for a car for her. Again Alex recollected my face and then remarked I did not buy the car here when he had done the leg work. He was reluctant to show us any car. He then offered to give us a brochure halfheartedly. We walked off again and made no attempt to rectify the situation..
