My father was a patient of Dr Howard Rubin for 20 years. His first open heart surgery was in the early 1980's with another to follow in 1992 along with corraded artery surgeries in his neck, a pacemaker, and an angioplasty. Dr Rubin always did thorough exams and checked every detail. There were never any delays if he thought there was a problem and every test that needed to be done was done. I had the utmost confidence in any decision he made along with any recommendations for treatment.
