Prior to working in private practice, Katie worked in the health care setting where she provided therapy and psychoeducation for hospital employees, focusing in areas including stress, burnout, anxiety, depression and grief & loss. Katie has both a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Education from Houston Baptist University. She received her BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She pulls from her background in education as an elementary school teacher when working with students and families. Katie performs ADHD and psychoeducational assessments.

Our coaches are equipped to come alongside you and offer nutritional education and coaching, which is a process in which clients learn more about the value of nutrition and how to eat for their own unique bodies. In addition to nutrition coaching, we offer health and wellness coaching in which our coaches can walk alongside you as you seek to make adjustments to your nutrition, exercise, sleep routine, stress management, and environment to work toward your ideal, healthy lifestyle. We want to help you address your health holistically as we understand and believe that finding better health is a physical, mental, and emotional journey.

She is under the supervision of Allie Sauls, MA, LPC-S. Kelly has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. She uses her teaching background of 8 years in public education when working with children, adolescents, and their families. Kelly is passionate about helping individuals of all ages who are dealing with anxiety, depression, infertility, grief, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
- Behavioral HealthHeritage Behavioral Health Consultants offers specialized group counseling specific to certain situations. Group counseling is an effective form of therapy in that it offers a sense of connection to others who have had similar experiences as you. Group counseling provides a community of understanding and support with the help and facilitation of a licensed professional counselor. In group counseling, clients are able to enter a confidential environment to process and work through a range of issues such as significant life changes, grief and loss, divorce recovery, family transitions, life and social skills, managing anxiety and depression, and many others.
