The new manager has not fix anything here. She take peoples money and then don't fix anything.

I am writing this review because I am just so happy how things have turned out here. When I was first looking for a place I read all the reviews and was worried about this place. But I really couldnt beat the price. Now I have been here a while and couldnt be happier. My 2 yr old loves playing with his friends he has made and the managers, workers, and neighbors are very friendly. I believe the nad reviews are from previous tentants who trashed their homes and/or didnt pay rent. Pay rent = no problems. Come on! It is not even that much! Affordable and great!

I have been here for many years. There was an issue here many years ago but since Erin and Marty took over 2 years ago, things have never been better. They love the Community in which they live and work at and have cleaned this place up! If you pay your rent, abide by the rules, and just live life right this place is awesome! For the money you can't beat a family community. They have the nicest pool in the area too. The maintenance staff is always on property and willing to help. I feel safe and secure here and love everything about Green Acres. Thank you Green Acres!

Enjoyable place to live for a trailer park.... what do u expect keep your house clean, damage free and pay your rent...no worries

DON'T rent or buy from the GHETTO trailer park. we lived there for 6 months. we moved because we didn't like the environment and they quoted us a refund from our deposit of $375. 3 Months have gone by and now the office is saying that we aren't getting a refund back and that it evened out to the $750 deposit we put in. The office will not send us an invoice of the damages. I know it wasn't $750 of damages. Its all a rip off any other rental place provides you with an invoice.
