This is a great store when it comes to shopping for great finds. But the managers are very mean. I wanted to take an item off and the cashier had to call a manager to the front to get it taken off. The manager a heavy set red haired woman walked up seeming very angry and removed the item. Then she berated the cashier for some reason I don't remember why. Then I asked her a question about lowering the price on a particular item. She looked me right in the eye, didn't answer and just walked away. She seemed frustrated that I even asked the question. I love this store but I have begun to shop there less often due to that experience with the mean red haired lady. If it wasn't for that particular experience the store would get four stars.
