Singed a contract with ForeverBaths in May '13. Did not start work until Sept. 13. Have been in and out of my house for the last year and still have not completed the bathroom. *BUYER BEWARE* Poor customer service and quality of work was terrible, we had to hire a Texas Qualified Inspector to their work and he came up with 58 items that were either not up to code or just poor craftsmanship. Right now we are fighting with them because the floor on my shower is sloped incorrectly (not toward the drain), and the water pools on the right hand side of the shower, (we have to stand in about 2" of water while we take a shower. We have now had to hire an attorney to try to get them to come back and redo what work they have screwed up. ForeverBaths is threatening a lien on my house because we have held back their last payment of 13K until they complete the work and the work passes inspection.
