General Info

Dr. Koetter was born and raised in Deer Park, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from The University of Houston College of Optometry. While at UHCO, Dr. Koetter received the Excellence in Primary Care award. During her clinical rotations she received extensive training in specialty contact lens fittings, the diagnosis and treatment of various ocular diseases, pediatric eye exams, and the care of pre-operative and post-operative LASIK and cataract surgery patients.
