General Info

Ergonomics is the study of the relationship between a worker and his/her environment in order to design equipment and processes to modify the work to the individual and not cause the individual to adjust to the work. Behavioral Ergonomics focusees on empowering the individual to understand how their environment can influence their behavior and then use that understanding to self mitigate ergonomic risk factors.
