In 1995 B.I.C., acquired and consolidated the assets of one of its subsidiaries, Loading Systems and DuraTech , the fluid and vapor transfer division of the Continental Emsco Company, to form CE-Loading Systems. Loading Systems had been one of the premier fabricators of truck and tank car arms for the chemical, petrochemical and refined hydrocarbon products industries in the United States and Canadian industrial markets since 1984. Continental Emsco Company has been one of the leaders in the fluid handling products market for more than 30 years. CE-Loading Systems designs and manufactures a range of industrial swivel joints, truck and tank car arms and marine arms for the domestic and international bulk liquid transfer markets. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Houston where products are built to meet the specific needs of each application.
