      OWNERS ARE WELL VERSED IN AREAS OF SPECIFIED TECHNIQUES, BUT PRICES ARE INFLATED ON CERTAIN SERVICES. I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGE OR REFRESHMENT AND I FEEL THAT CERTAIN STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXSPECTED WHEN CONSIDER YOUR ESTABLIHMENT TO BE ON OF THE LEADING HAIR SALONS.
