Dr. Baylan received his medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and went on to complete a residency at Stanford Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and a fellowship in adult and pediatric craniofacial surgery at Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.
