In 1974, Dr. Eldridge F. Dorsey, II, established Bellfort Dental Center in Houston, Texas. He is a specialist in pediatric dentistry, and through his dentistry provides comprehensive family, dental care, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. Under pediatric dentistry, he provides preventive, interceptive, and full service orthodontic treatment. Dr. Dorsey did his residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas Dental Branch, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College, Nashville, Tennessee. He has won many awards including Mosby Scholarship Award for Excellence in Research, American Society of Dentistry for Children's Award of Merit, and Peridontology Award. He is a member of American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
