Dr Barras and his staff are the best!! From my very first visit they made me feel at home, like I wasn't just another set of teeth to get in and out as quickly as possible. I chose Dr Barras because his reviews said he was the best tmj dentist in Houston, and he did not disappoint. I'm happy to report that I am pain and symptom free, all thanks to him. I had been experiencing a significant amount of pain in my jaw and my wife was constantly telling me that I was grinding my teeth in my sleep. It wasn't until the headaches started when I began to take her seriously and admitted there was something wrong. Thank goodness for wives, right?? She had already Googled my symptoms and looked up the best TMJ specialist in Houston, where we live. So, we went to the appointment and this guy was awesome. He explained everything that was wrong, and explained point blank how to fix it. Dr. Barras is awesome. Can't recommend him enough.
