The team at CyFair Upholstery has completed all of my custom work from motorcycles to cars with no deviance in price or quality. I have never over expected anything less than perfection nor have I been dissatisfied with any work returned to me. I Have been using them for years and won't go anywhere else. We have been in business for almost 25 years and have some of the best employs in the business. we have been very fortunate to be able to satisfy most everyone that walks through the door unfortunately there is always 1 or 2 that no matter what you do you can't make them happy usually those kind of people stay miserable anyway . I have always tried to produce the highest quality product at affordable prices, and when you come visit our shop you make your own decision, we will give you a tour of the shop and show you the quality of our work.

I needed a new top for my Mustang Convertible. I did a lot of research online and didn't originally select Cy-Fair Upholstery & Glass because there were only two reviews and they weren't positive. After I made my list, I started by calling the Ford dealer so I could get a quote to know what was a reasonable request. When I talked to them, he told me that they send all of their convertibles to Cy-Fair Upholstery & Glass. That told me that they must be doing something right, so I called them.



I was really surprised that they gave me a quote over the phone. I expected the line that they couldn't tell me the quote until they saw my car. I thought I would be driving all over town getting quotes but based off of what he was able to tell me about the model of my car over the phone without looking it up, I trusted that they knew what they were talking about. He was able to give me quotes for vinyl top 3 year warranty, vinyl top 5 year warranty and cloth top with 3 and 5 year warranty. A bonus.... the price was less than I expected after doing Internet research.



I waited three weeks to write this review. My car did not leak in the rain. The tightness eased up over a few days as they said it would and the top closes without effort. I took my car in one morning and picked it up the afternoon of the next business day. I am a happy customer and already have a friend who has been keeping an eye on my car these past three weeks. He will be taking his car there soon.

I'm amazed they are in business

1st: He cant take the time away from his male groopies to ask the questions he may need to get your order right. 2nd: They do the work so bad you wont put it in anything you own. 3rd: They try to charge you more to fix, but his wife finally agrees it really is too bad for the amount of money theyre charging. 4th: He calls and explains he does work correctly and has been doing it since he was 15 but does not explain if the work has looked like this c@!p that entire time. 5th: They call back asking for you to provide double the fabric now to do the fix. 6th: You have to assume you will spend a few hundred more dollars buying the fabric again. 7th: You have to cut your losses and cancel the order all together. 8th: You cancel your order and you get World Class Customer Service. They say OK and hang up on you without so much as an apology. Because its your fault they do the horrible work that even themselves agree is terrible. NOTICE, ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE CLOWNS ARE LEFT BY THEM.



I also found out later from others in the auto industry that this owner is a Meth Head, so now I have a better understanding of the whole experience.

This is the last place you want to go for upholstery work. The owner promised me that he would be expecting me on the pre-scheduled day to take my motorcycle in to have the seat worked on. I called him before I got there and again confirmed the appointment. Once I got there, he was gone and no one in the shop knew I was coming. I called the owner, and he was very rude to me stating that the he could only work on if I waited for a few hours. Are you kidding me? He told me to go somewhere else and so should you!
