      DISSATISFIED! I visited this spa for eyebrow services and was absolutely dissatisfied with the results. I was pleased with my brow shape and size prior to Cosmo Day Spa, and made sure to ask for minimal hair removal and a simple ?clean up?. Instead, the aesthetician, created 2 completely different shapes on each brow (i.e. completely ASYMMETRIC). There was also too much hair removed from ALL sides of both eyebrows leaving them PENCIL THIN AND SHORTENED. More (i.e. approx 1 cm) was removed from the inside of my left eyebrow which makes the brow look very unnatural. That eyebrow essentially starts at my pupil! To top it off, the next morning I found multiple linear scratches along the inside of each eyebrow where she used the tweezers too aggressively. Needles to say, I will not be returning.
