Mr. Sims is an absolute expert in his field! He does what he says and then some. He is very professional and courteous. His work is flawless. I would definitely recommend him to both my friends and family.

** I went in to do a title transfer and registration. Mr Sims initially told me to allow 2 business days (which is definitely reasonable), but then to my surprise I got a call the same day to pick up my registration sticker and plates and was told to allow a couple weeks to receive my title in the mail!**

Mr. Sims has been so good to me, I gave him my information for my plates on Friday, and he had them ready for me first thing Monday morning. I would recommend him to any and everybody!!! I couldn't been more pleased with his service!! He just got his self a long time customer!!!

I GAVE MR. SIMS MY DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE A TITLE TRANSFER FOR MY VEHICLE AND HE OVER CHARGED ME AND THEN TOOK OUT $20 FROM MY REFUND SINCE HE DID NOT COMPLETE THE TITLE TRANSFER. I STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE CHARGED ME $20 FOR AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY MY TITLE TRANSFER WAS NOT COMPLETED. IT TOOK HIM TWO WEEKS TO TELL ME THAT MY TITLE TRANSFER WAS DENIED WITH NO EXPLANATION. THIS MAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. I WENT TO THE COURTHOUSE MYSELF AND COMPLETED THE TITLE TRANSFER. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND PROPER HANDLING OF YOUR INFORMATION. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS MAN WILL LIE AND CHEAT YOU AND STILL WON'T HAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS TAKEN CARE OF.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!!! HE WILL KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK FOR WEEKS WITHOUT COMPLETING WORK!!!!!!! I HAD TO GO TO THE COURT HOUSE MYSELF TWO WEEKS AFTER DEALING WITH THIS MAN TO GET THE JOB DONE!!! HE IS A LIAR AND TOLD ME I NEEDED EXTRA PAPERWORK TO BE COMPLETED THAT WAS NOT TRUE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE COURTHOUSE HAD MY PAPERWORK WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND MY PAPERWORK BACK. WE ALL KNOW THAT IS A LIE, THE COURTHOUSE DOESN'T KEEP YOUR PAPERWORK HOSTAGE!!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR TITLE DONE IN A PROPER , PROFESSIONAL, AND TIMELY MANNER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
