Read these reviews and tell me they don't look like they are written by staff or someone similar. "They speak English!!!" Is what is written in more than a couple of them. This place over prices their product and has sales people that seem uneducated. I will never go back.

Great customer service! I did not see the tree that I wanted at this location but they had another location send over pictures of what they had and I was able to get my tree that way! I was in and out quick also!
Wow I think they paid all their employees to write these reviews, you should google them and see how they sold True Green Laurels ( Ficus) to many people and they all died...

I was surprised to actually have a good time tree shopping. A great environment with mature, knowledgeable, young men willing to HELP!! I now send my family here to Big Tex whether they need small stuff or those HUGE amazing palms. Great business experience overall! I wish I could give 6 stars.
Well I can tell you this place is a gamechanger. They speak english!!! Never been helped like this while purchasing trees. I had such a great experience that I didnt want to leave. Great comfortable environment.
I was recently in the market for compact plants for a full sun area. I took a chance and stopped by to see what they had. Was greeted by Big Mike who made me feel like i just stoped by a best friends house. He took me on a tour making excellent suggestions. He was very knowlgeable of the plants and within a 1/2 hour I had all my needs seen to. In fact, I returned the next day and sought him out because of his personable personality and got a few more. If your looking for someone to help you and make good decisions, ask for BIG MIKE - you'll be glad you did!!!
I buy most of my plants and trees from Big Tex Nursary in Houston. I keep going back and every time I get great service from manager and his staff. My five stars for the whole Big Tex Nursery.
