Great service gives store a thumbs up!

I called 3 times today trying to get someone to answer my question about stereo headsets (Rocketfish). I was on hold for a terribly long time. Yvonne, who answered the phone, said she would have someone call me back and to give my phone number. I said no, it's quicker to call another store. However, I did ask for the manager and she said she was a manager but ..managers don't answer the switchboard and if she was a manager she could have answered my question initially when I called. This is not good customer relations.
