When we went out to the studio, we had a very detailed appointment and most of all we did not have to feel like we were in a store shopping, but rather a one on one meeting with the creator himself. The ordering process was quick and easy. We were given a lead time for the completion and it was ready way before the quoted time. Arena Design did not meet our deadline, and when they finally finished the order, the color was off. When my designer discussed this with the Houston showroom, the rep was very rude to my designer. They have beautiful papers, but I will never use them again!
