      I am Ms. Lemons I had a new roof placed on my home September 7, 2021. The company did a good job but my sales person Ethan failed to pull the permit for the job after GUARANTEE all permits would be done before the job began. He informed me on September 9,2021 that he thought the office had pulled the permit. Their negligence has put me in a nasty position. The office manager offer to file for the permit now that work is done, that is not going help me if I want to sell my home. This action may cause me to fined double by the Code enforcement division in which I live in. I am totally Disappointed and Dissatisfied. This company does a lot of business in Greater Houston and Surrounding Counties. I feel that I was TOLD anything just to get my business. This experience was worse than buying a car. I know now don't trust anyone that guarantees you anything. Check for permits before the work begins. Better yet get permit YOURSELF.
