GO SOMEWHERE else! These people have no customer appreciation. I cancelled my contract due to their continuous delay and inefficiency (this is a family business, so the employees are family members and there's not much you can do if you have complaints.) They refused to refund 100% of my money; they charged me just for communicating with them via email. 70 days after signing the contract, we still had no approved design layout. They state in their contract plus or minus 120 days to finish marker and they will take all or more of this time; it's an open ended contract in their favor. Do yourself a favor and check other local companies before you decide to choose Schlitzbergers and check online. If you order online, you just pay the cemetery to install it. Your time will be cut in half and you will save money. I went with Schlitzbergers because the father was a nice man when I met him, but he has since showed his true colors now that he has my money. Look elsewhere.
