I am a Nurse calling to assist one of our mutual patients. I have called twice to speak with someone. First time on hold for 32 minutes and today on hold for 46 Minutes, and this was using option#3 the provider line. This is horrible. The staff sounds nice, however not very knowledgeable.

Do NOT do business with this company. I was referred to this company by Medicare and regretted not asking for ANOTHER company. It took more than THREE weeks and I still had no diabetic testing supplies, even though when I called and talked with them, it seemed like it would be very soon that the supplies would be sent. Throughout that time I communicated with my doctor in asking them to send the information requested and they complied with what was requested. My doctor is an endocrinologist at University of Nebraska Med Center, so they deal with Medicare approved companies ALL THE TIME. The doctor's office was in contact with AJT NUMEROUS times, it seemed that it was accepted, and a few days later there still was something else they wanted. The doctor's office personnel could not believe the amount of difficulty they ran into with this company!!! I had to purchase a meter and strips somewhere else in the meantime out of my own pocket, which should have been covered by Medicare and a Supplement, just to wait for them. At the four week mark, they are STILL requiring something else from the doctor's office which no other Medicare approved company needs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
