These guys are criminals, I told them to tow my car directly to a dealer 5 miles away, and they towed it to a overnight storage, charged me for 2 tows, a storage fee, and a special tool fee of $125 dollars which they never let me know the whereabouts of my car or the additional charges. This business is so illegitimate that you can't deal with them either, avoid them at all costs. They will take advantage of you to make their ends meet.
