Best service ever.In this economy for me buying a new car is out of the question.My Miata is 9-years old and needed transmission work.I phoned Jim at the Jones Road shop. He was knowledgeable,helpful and convinced me to have it checked out.The shop although old was very clean and the employees were nice and high energy.I had the Miata fixed for a lot less than other shops quoted me by phone.These guys cared enough to actually look at my car and not just look at me as just another customer.I will tell everyone I know how terrific they are.Sincerely,Stevie Dulay

What bothers me about the whole issue, that this business had me in the hole since the first day I walk into the business, rebuild my transmission when not needed because of a simple leak, and was told to put my transmission back together with not assurance that the car was going to run for $500.00, then fix into no other option but to get a transmission rebuild repair. (Not to mention the lost few hours and money at work within the 6 business because of no main transportation, the bus ride from work to home was a 2 hour trip each way) They guys rob me big time.Please investigation is need for business like these I know that Im not the only one that has been robbed by this business. Help!! Please!! Help!!!
