I need a plumber to repair my water main and my neighbor recommended A Plus Plumbing Services to me. This plumber is honest and punctual. I felt very comfortable with him and satisfied with his work result. He was also neat and cleaned up after work. Five stars for A Plus Plumbing Services

I just called A plus plumbing services (March 14, 2014 at 12:58p) to check to see if they give free estimate of plumbing services. If they don't then let me know what they offer. This Hispanic lady picks up the phone and said "Hello?" I ask if this is A plus Plumbing Services?" since she didn't include who she work for in her introduction and just to be sure I'm calling the right place. She said, "Yes, how can I help you?" I ask her if they offer free estimate of plumbing service? She said, "How can I help you?" Then I describe my issue, sink pipe leakage. Then she said, "Ma'am if you call all around Houston, nobody will you give a free estimate. It will be $49 to drive out there". I was shock! That was quite rude of her. I told her, "Ok so you don't give free estimate then all I need is for you to let me know and what kind of services you offer." Then she hand up the phone. I called to check A Plus Plumbing out because of all the good review but I didn't expect such horrible phone service. Management needs to have an urgent customer service meeting with this lady. I would give A Plus Plumbing Services zero start if I have the option to.

Found the leaks on my wall. Called A Plus Plumbing Services soon and the plumber found the source of the leaks from my broken water heater pipe. He repaired the leaks and charged me for an affordable price. Thank you...I will use your service again next time I need a plumber.

It's a great plumbing service in Houston. My drain clogged on a Friday evening and I need a plumber a.s.a.p because I will go to out of state tomorrow morning. But no worry, this company able to sent a plumber to my home within an hour then he unclogged my drain without any problem. The issue has been resolved at the same day! A Plus Plumbing Services exceeded my expectations. I needed to have the shut-off valves for my washing machine replaced and some angle stops checked. The service technician arrived on-time and got right to work. If he had a question about how I wanted something done, he explained the pros and cons of doing it each way. As he was working, I explained a couple of other issues that I was having and he quickly diagnosed those issues and was able to begin and finish those repairs also. Never did I feel as though he was wasting time. He was efficient and thorough. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I truly appreciated his proactive approach and willingness to help. In the next few months I have a water heater that will need to be replaced.
