First visit to Rotolo's of Houma on St. Charles St. The welcome from the staff was very good and consistent as other patrons came in. The waitress seemed to be knowledgeable of the menu and offered ideas for my choice which was Lasagna. The Lasagna was a failure due to it being undercooked and when I asked for it to be cooked longer, they took care of it immediately. So overall visit was a "C".
