i am a very satisfied customer for only one reason the great service management offers didn't stop after you buy it . they helped me with a problem that wasn't even the fault of this store . they went beyond to help me one year later when my moving company ruined my mattress if i ever had to buy another bed i will buy it there even if i have to travel 300 miles to get it because the quality of the bed is wonderful and the service is what if expected family to do... Thank you mattress direct for having a wonderful manager i just wish i could thank her in person .. The world these day needs more people like her .
