I agree with the previous review. The owner and workers at Lucky's aren't just in it for the sale. They get to know you. They make sure you are getting exactly what you came in for. They are very knowledgable, friendly, and have an excellent selection. My husband went in to look for my engagement ring and asked the owner for exactly what I wanted. The owner shared with him some concerns about the security of the type setting I wanted. He suggested another setting which was even better and I love it even more! I've yet to find anyone else with a ring like mine!
My husband and I won't use anyone else. Lucky takes his time and explains the diamond and how its to cut and the quality. The service is great, they don't just want your money they want a relationship with you forever. Now thats good service.
