Lowe's is the absolute "quintessential" in Customer Care. The store is clean and bright. We have had to order via the internet & phone orders. The staff really goes above and beyond the call of duty.The have placed special orders and received them in a timely manner. The staff has excellent product knowledge and great follow-up. We have shop different departments and discover the professional continuity. On occasion an item is out of stock they locate a location and help you achieve your purchase goals.
