The Bayouland YMCA is a nonprofit organization that offers various aquatic, sports and fitness programs. The Bayouland YMCA offers an aquatic arthritis program for people suffering with arthritis and severe joint conditions. It conducts aerobic, water exercise and swimming classes. The organization operates an after-school kids club that provides activities, including homework assistance, music and dance classes, arts and crafts and board games. The Bayouland YMCA organizes Splash, which is a weekly day camp for children between the ages of 6 and 12. The camp includes sessions by special guests and field trips.
