I would deff. recommend The aspen clinic ! I lost over 65lb with there help and guidance . I used to be overweight my entire life. They kept me motavited and taught me the rights foods to have and why everything we put in our body matters! Been almost a year since I reach my goal weight and I want everyone who struggles with the same issue I had to give them a call and start living life!!! It's not a diet it a lifestyle change!
