Great place to live! Would recommend taking a closer look

on multiple occasions I have caught the manager in lies. Just this week he notified my roommate that the parts for our broken dishwasher had been ordered and would be here Tuesday (yesterday). Today standing beside the maintenance guy he denied this, then whispered to him that our dishwasher was "making noises", unaware that I could hear him.



This afternoon the temperature in my apartment was still 90 degrees after running the air conditioner all day. My roommate and I went to the office to tell the manager our air conditioner was broken, and he admitted to TURNING IT OFF the day before and never turning it back on. Both the manager and the maintenance person confirmed this, and both know that I have a medical condition that makes hot conditions dangerous to my health and potentially deadly. When I brought this up, the maintenence guy even stated that he did not care.



We pay our own electric bill, so not only was this unnecessary, it wasted our money... but even of there had been a valid reason, there was absolutely no excuse for never notifying us or even turning it back on the next day.
