I have been dealing with this store for 15 years, and noticed that it had a negative review posted by one customer. My experience has always been outstanding at this location. The prices are competitive, and the staff I have had contact over the years has been helpful, knowledgeable and always made me feel that they had my best interests in their professional contact. Have had experience with other parts retailers in the area because on occasion, Autozone has not stocked the parts I needed, and found them competent, but my "go to" parts store is, and has been for years, the Albert Pike AutoZone
