I don't write reviews, but something needs to be addressed here.

I recently moved to the Twin Tiers to invest in a small farm business and thought TSC would be a supplier to help me get started. Every visit I'm reminded opposite. This isn’t a one-time thing. I understand the day-to-day complications of retail, but the service from this store’s management and its employees have been unwaveringly poor throughout the 12+ times I've been here this summer (except once.) I always get stuck waiting in line, seriously almost every time, because cashiers struggle to finalize transactions. Meanwhile other cash register remains unattended.
Really too bad because the location is convenient for me. But after tonight - a story for another day - I'll now drive 30-60 minutes out of the way just so I don't have to come back here. I've encouraged friends and family to do the same.
