At Margeson Insurance Agency our clients don’t deal with a call center, they deal with us. Clients who have had a simple question about their policy or have been in the midst of a loss, such as a fire or other event, have relied on Margeson Insurance Agency to be only a phone call away. We don’t just sell policies. We provide concierge service to our clients no matter how big or small. We believe in establishing a personal relationship with each and every client. Over the years, many of our clients have become friends. We are not simply “agents” or “producers” which have the interest of a parent company or larger firm in mind. We consider ourselves to by partners in protecting our clients and facilitating their success. Our team is led by Mark Margeson who has over thirty years in the insurance industry. Each of our team members have over 10 years of industry experience. Our team is licensed in 24 states. If we can’t help you, we have an associate who can. To accommodate our client’s needs we offer personal, commercial, aviation, and other products aimed at effectively protecting our clients at a competitive cost. We look at our clients as individuals and each plan we develop or write is customized to your needs. While insurance needs may be similar, we believe each individual’s circumstance is different and so is their insurance needs.
