I went for lab work and was treated extremely rude by the receptionist. My doctor had told me to come in for bloodwork and the order would be waiting at the lab. He said no appointment necessary. When I arrived at 7:20 am the receptionist told me that since I did not have an appointment I would be waiting until everyone that had an appointment was taken care of me including everyone that walks in after me. I told her that my Guthrie doctor told me to come without an appointment and she was very rude and said I could go elsewhere. I said then if everyone shows up for appointments I could be here til 5. She said that's the way it is. Absolutely no customer service. Then I went to the lab and the nurse was as slow as possible. People arrived after me and were taken before me
