Cerebral Palsy & Handicapped Children's Association of Chemung County serves developmentally disabled children, adults and their families. It offers a range of early intervention programs and residential and day services, including 24-hour nursing care and various therapeutic programs. The association also offers a preschool program for children in the age group of 3 to 5 years. In addition, Cerebral Palsy & Handicapped Children's Association of Chemung County offers respite and dental care, family support and home-based services. It operates a diagnostic and treatment center that offers a variety of medical and therapeutic services, including audiology, podiatry, and physical, occupational and speech therapies.
