New fridge delivered, could not be installed, floor below rotted. Needed carpenter fast! Called AA Home Improvement, he advised could be here next day. Mark was on time, courteous, gave expert service & cleaned up. Managed to do a few more little things during 4 hour minimum. Would call him again, highly recommended.

Mark Marchioni of AA Home Improvement is meticulous, resourceful and produces high quality work competently tailored to any unique conditions (disability accomodations-excellent understanding of needs, products available and reinforcement and adjustments to optimize safety). Attentive to code issues and need to deal with potential/actual environmental factors-land grading problems, moisture, etc. Mark gutted a master bathroom, replaced all fixtures (required new electrical and plumbing), replaced damaged wood subfloor (and sealed against moisture from underneath crawl space), tiled shower and floor; in master bedroom upgraded/replaced outside door, installed wood floor, 2 new windows and full paint job. Pending-closet and shelving for washer/dryer, garage addition. Mark is very helpful in guiding choices (provided full range of price and quality of options), and he is patient, honest and pleasant. His work is superb and I am so happy to have found him.

Mark remodeled our kitchen. He always communicated well with us. He was very fussy about how he did things. Worked very organized and neatly. His craftsmanship is great. In this day and age of undependability this company has old school values and does what they say.
