Amazing people and a great place for kids to have fun! My daughter loves it here. She asks everyday if it's time for gym class.

I have mixed feelings about mini hops. I very much like their new location and facility. My son, who's now 4, went for a year when he was 2-3. He had ,Dan, who I don't think works there anymore. He was fun and good for my son. Wasn't overly strict with the plan etc... Then he aged up at the new location to Steph. There was an incident, that was an accident that she handled poorly. My son, at this point was not in a mommy and me class anymore and so he got hurt and was crying in class. No one came and got me or brought him out..... I saw him and walked in to the gym. She never discussed with my son how it was an accident or comforted him. I knew it was an accident..... But he never woukd go back after it. I called manager, he was kind and had her call me. But by that point in my young sons mind he was done. She should have handled it better. She should have been more proactive with him. I was disappointed. Overall a great program, but lack of consistent quality with instructors.
