I have a 2005 Cadillac SRX and brought it in at approximately 8:20 to get signal light and fog light bulbs. I was told it would be 2 hours in which I know is true because you have to drop the bumper to replace bulbs. At about 10:15 I was told only 20 minutes. It is now 11:48 and I am still being told 20 minutes. I guess it was a bad idea to bring it here....they should have told me if they weren’t able to do the job. Not the first time for bad service.....I thought it should be better by now. Brought it here about three weeks ago for a spark plug and gear shift and that took 4 days.

I stopped by here last week to check out the lot. I came back and Brooke has been very pleasant and helpful.

Jeff was professional and very helpful in keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs that my truck was having done. Everything was perfect. This place was awesome...the customer service I received was good. They did their job and called me with updates. They gave me options, order the part that I needed for the Traverse, fixed it and called me. I would good back without hesitation.
