My husband and I visited this restaurant tonight 3/10/2015. The cashier was very friendly BUT when we received our order my husband did not get his fries and the King Hawaiian Fish did not come with a tomato. Also the fries that we did receive with our 2 other combos were cold.Tried calling, someone picked the phone up and hung it back up I have been calling for about 25 mins and STILL getting a busy signal!!! Very disappointed for the simple fact we didn't get what we paid for..my order was 21.43

On Aug. 24, 2009 we ordered at the drive in service. At the window we were handed our drinks without ice. We asked if they would put some ice in them and the lady said they didn't have any ice so we told her we did not want them without ice. She took them back and put a little bit of ice in them and returned them to us. She said they only had a small amount of ice. We didn't get any Arby's sauce for the Roast Beef Sandwich. The bread on the Chicken Salad Sandwiches wasn't very fresh. They didn't have any kind of diet drinks other than Dr. Pepper. If they need ice, there is a Food Lion and a Walmart right next door to them. It would be better to buy some ice than to serve drinks without it. Some days we don't get straws or napkins either. I don't waste things but would like to get what I should. They need to improve their service.
