Took my car in to replace brakes, was told it would be about 1 hour and a half, They wound up having my car for 4 hours, Was told they'd call when finished, they did not. When I finally picked up my car, the brakes were still making noise, so I turned around and took it back. This time they called when it was "ready" and as I was leaving again, still heard the noises coming from my brakes. I paid them to fix something, they apparently did not do. Im not going to keep taking my car somewhere that "claims" they fixed something. I just recently took my car elsewhere and they said that they could not have possibly done what they said. My rotors were very bad. I will definitely never go back to this place. I thought it would be convenient because its so close to home, but I learned my lesson on that. The only reason Im even rating them with 1 star is because the lady that worked at the desk was nice and friendly. Other than that..nothing.
