They had problems with their system and was taking cash only. Ok, I had an app. Coupon for my order that didn't work. The girl at the drive thru got assumably a manager. The manager stated the app. wasn't working, now this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Then the manager stated "you think I did this on purpose"? Also states the "people"of Hoopeston need to come in there and see how life is there, when I explained I wasn't from Hoopeston, she went on to suggest I get a job in fast food...wow customer service at it's finest. #Hoopestonmcdonalds to see the video. It took minutes to pay for my coke, then when I arrived at the 2nd window, I was given my coke only to be harassed by her again. This happened Sunday May 7th between 2 and 4 p.m.

can these people get it right went their this morning around 8;30 the greeter asked if i'd like an egg white sandwich meal ...i say yes i'll take one with a large coffee, i also purchase an egg/cheese/bacon biscuit, go through get my stuff get to work and realize.....no freakin hash brown, then my co worker gets into his egg white sandwich and his eggs are runny gross! so tomorrow morning i will take u back the sandwich and i would like a refund!
